Interact Clubs
Building Leaders Through Service
Interact is Rotary International’s premier service organization for students ages 12–18, providing opportunities to develop leadership skills while serving their school and community.Students will have opportunities to:
- Plan and lead community service projects.
- Develop leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Partner with Rotary members on local service initiatives.
- Build friendships while making a positive impact.
- Learn the importance of integrity, service, and global citizenship.
Our goal is to create young leaders who understand that leadership begins with serving others.
RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards)
The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is Rotary International’s premier leadership development program for high school students.Each year, the Rotary Club of Belleair sponsors qualified students to attend District 6950 RYLA, where they participate in an immersive leadership experience focused on personal growth, teamwork, and service.RYLA participants develop:
- Leadership and decision-making skills
- Public speaking and communication abilities
- Team-building and problem-solving techniques
- Self-confidence and personal growth
- A lifelong commitment to community service
